If you mark a report with a Status of Archived, it automatically filters out of the Incident Reports list so you can focus on your current caseload. If you want to view your historical cases that have been Archived, please follow the steps below:

1. Show Advanced Filters

Click Show Advanced Filters to open all searching and filtering capabilities.

2. Select Include Archived Reports

Checking the Include Archived Reports will prompt all reports to be included in the Incident Reports list.

3. Search

Selecting Search will update the Incident Reports list to include Archived reports.

View Archived Reports Only

To view only the reports you have archived, you can:

  1. Select a Status of Archived

  2. Show Advanced Filters

  3. Check the Include Archived Reports box

  4. Search
