Engage: Non-Managed Awareness from a Client Perspective

Understanding how a client would release Awareness Bursts for individuals without Engage accounts.

If Awareness is ‘Non-Managed’, then only one member of the organization has an Engage account to monitor views and compliance, while all other individuals within the organization do not log into Engage to view the Bursts. Individuals will receive links directly to the videos from their organization’s Awareness manager.

We’ve made Non-Managed Awareness Bursts as easy as possible for implementation within an organization - no individual logins, only one manager account, and no hassle!

The client/manager who distributes the Awareness Bursts to individuals within their organization will receive an email with both Manager (Speak Up! and Listen Up!) and Non-Manager (Speak Up!) video links upon enrollment in the program, as well as any time that there is an update.

The email will be sent from Syntrio Engage with the subject line “Welcome to Syntrio Engage”.

 

If the Awareness client needs access to their links again or wants to see data on video views, then they’ll sign in to Engage. We’ve included the client perspective below:

 Client Instructions for Awareness Bursts Links

1. The manager of the Awareness Bursts will log in to Engage and click ‘Campaign’, then ‘Awareness’.

2. Click ‘Copy Manager Link’. This link will provide both Speak Up! and Listen Up! training. This link can be emailed, put within an organization’s intranet, included on an LMS page, or distributed however the organization thinks it will be most effective to reach the audience.

3. Click ‘Copy Non-Manager Link’. This link will provide just the Speak Up! training. This link can be emailed, put within an organization’s intranet, included on an LMS page, or distributed however the organization thinks it will be most effective to reach the audience.

4. The manager of the Awareness Bursts can view completion data by clicking ‘Activity’, ‘Awareness Activity’, and then ‘SPA Summary’.
