IP Address Access Permissions

For a greater security posture, we can restrict access to the CMS by an individual’s IP address. If the user works from a new location, their IP address must be updated. Users will get an error message if their IP address isn’t updated before logging in.

 How to add an IP address

  1. An SA user or the Administrator of the company must navigate to the company settings tab and select to edit the company settings.

  1. Select Add IP Address.

  1. Enter the user’s IP address. We recommend making a note of whose IP address is being added and the date.

Now you can save and the user will be able to log into the CMS.
