Customer Success, Customer Success Administrators Mass DV Updates/Content Customization
Mass DV Updates allow a user to add customized images, files, or other relevant information to multiple courses at once. This saves clients' time and gives them a custom, individualized learning experience.
Instructions
Before getting started, it’s recommended that you uploaded any needed files/documents/pictures/etc. into ‘Assets’. Need help with this? Check out Engage: Adding Assets.
1. Log in to Engage and ensure that you’ve chosen the correct Account at the top of the screen.
2. Click ‘Settings’, ‘Mass Updates’, and then ‘Mass DV Update’.
3. ‘Select Language’ and then ‘Continue’.
4. ‘Select Courses’ and choose the courses you’d like to update. Use the right/left arrows to add or remove selected courses. You can use the double arrows to add/remove all courses, too. The red trashcan icon is used to delete courses after selection.
5. Add your customizations as desired in the dropdowns, then click ‘Save all’.
Note: If you want to add ‘Welcome Image’, ‘Welcome Video’, ‘Company Policy’, or ‘Logo’, you need to first upload the file to ‘Assets’. Check out Engage: Adding Assets.
6. Success!
