Restricted Reports
In the CMS, Administrators can be restricted from accessing specified reports. When a report is marked restricted, Administrators who have been selected to be restricted on that report will not have access to that report. They will not be able to view the report on the Incident Reports page, they will not be able to export any information regarding that report, and they will not receive any notification emails about that report.
Syntrio Restricted Reports
Syntrio can mark a report as restricted based on instructions from your company. An Administrator can un-restrict a report by unchecking the 'Restricted' checkbox on the Edit Incident Report page.
Internal Restricted Reports
An Administrator can create a restricted report by checking the 'Restricted' checkbox on the Add/Edit Incident Report pages. The Administrator will then identify those users who should be restricted from viewing/accessing that report. If an internal restricted report is later made unrestricted, when that report is saved, all Administrators will subsequently have access to that report.
The CMS identifies a restricted report on the Incident Report page by displaying the Case Number with highlighted 'RESTRICTED' text. An example of a restricted report on the Incident Report page is shown below:
