User Administrative Functions

Clicking the silhouette icon in the top right corner of the CMS offers a selection of administrative functions for a user.

Change Password

A user can change their password while logged into the CMS. To access the Change Password functionality, click on the silhouette icon in the top right corner of the page.

When the silhouette icon is clicked, the Change Password menu is shown, as displayed below:

Clicking on ‘Change Password’ displays the Change Password page, as pictured:

To change your password, enter your current password, enter the new password twice, and then click the Submit button.  

Note the password requirements listed at the bottom of the Change Password page when creating your new password.

The password requirements may be stricter depending on your company’s selected password settings.

View User Access Log

Users can view their history of access to the CMS by clicking on the silhouette icon in the top right corner of the page and clicking on ‘User Access Log’, as shown below:

The User Access Log page is shown below:

This page displays the user who signed into the CMS, the IP address used, the date and time of sign-on, and whether the sign-on was successful.

Forgot Password

If a user has forgotten their password, clicking on the ‘Forgot password’ link on the Login page will navigate the user to the Forgot Password page.

The user should enter their email, select ‘I’m not a robot’ for the reCAPTCHA, and click Submit. An email containing a link to create a new password will be sent to the user.

Click the Cancel button to return to the Login page without requesting a password reset.
