There are many beneficial icons on the toolbar that are universal throughout the CMS:
Icon | Function | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
 | Add | Allows you to add new information to the CMS, such as an internal report, new division, new user, etc. |
PDF Export | Creates a PDF export file of the incident reports or other information selected. | |
Excel Export | Creates an Excel-formatted export file of the incident reports or other information selected. | |
CSV Export | Creates a CSV-formatted export file of the incident reports or other information selected. | |
Refresh | Refreshes the current page according to the filters provided. | |
Reset | Resets all of the filters to their default values. | |
Prints the current page. | ||
Manage Rules | Displays the Manage Auto-Assignment, Report Recipient, and Month End Summary Report Rules page. | |
Audit Incident Report | Displays the Audit Incident Report page. Note that this action is only available from the Incident Reports page. |
