Understand how a client can ‘Request a Quote’ for a course within Engage.

Clients with access to the Engage catalog will have the option to click a ‘Request a Quote’ button when hovering on a course icon. This will send an email to their sales representative.

Our product sells itself when a client browsing through our catalog wants to ‘Request a Quote’!

 Instructions

1. A client who is a ‘Stakeholder’ would click on the ‘Catalog’ button.

2. Once the client views a course they’re interested in, they can hover over the course icon and the ‘Request a Quote’ button will appear.

3. The client will click the ‘Request a Quote’ button.

4. The client will be notified that their request was sent to a representative!
