View Dialog

Open

To view dialog, click the Manage Dialog row icon on the Incident Report page for that case number. The Dialog page for that incident report will open.

Across the screen are tabs to view the different dialog threads. Message bubbles appear in order by date and sender (company, reporter, or Lighthouse/Syntrio). There is also a section that shows the files that are viewable by the reporter for this report.

After viewing, click Cancel to exit without sending another message.
