Auditing Auto-Assignment Rule Changes
We offer the ability to audit a user’s auto-assignment rule, making it easy to understand any changes to your system.
To view, create, or audit an auto-assignment rule, navigate to the Users tab and select the Manage Rules button.
To audit changes to an auto-assignment rule, select the Audit Icon on the user’s rule you’d like to review.
On the audit view page, you’ll be able to see any changes made to the user’s auto-assignment rule. In the example below, you can see that the Division was changed from Warehouse to both Construction and Warehouse, and the Incident Type was changed from HR to Compliance & Ethics:
