Automatic Dialog Message

The ‘Automatic Dialog Message’ field is used to provide a reporter with an automatic email response message when a report is submitted into the CMS by Syntrio. If this field is populated and a report is entered in the CMS by Syntrio, an automatic email message will be sent to the reporter if the reporter provided Syntrio with their email address. This field has a limit of 1000 characters.
